Mission
“The Badger Learning Center equips progressives with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to win elections and drive real change at every level—federal, state, and local. Built by like-minded changemakers, our platform delivers best-in-class online courses, workshops, and advocacy tools to amplify voices, break barriers, and build unstoppable movements. We are committed to lifting up those too often left out—women candidates and rural communities—ensuring they have the resources and support to lead. Originally founded by Roe Parker and Associates, we are now transitioning into a nonprofit to expand our impact and empower the next generation of progressive leaders. The future is ours to shape—join us in building a more just, inclusive, and progressive tomorrow.”
